Statue of
Liberty Probably one of the most famous images from the Big Apple. The Statue of Liberty stands on Liberty Island situation in Manhattan Harbour. It was a gift from the French to the American people and was unveiled by President Grover Cleveland on the 28th of October 1886. |

Atlas Standing on 5th Avenue, between 50th and 51st streets and directly across from St Patrick's Cathedral, is "Atlas" by Lee Lawrie. The statue stands guard outside the Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall and weighs about 1,800kgs. |

Midtown
Madness At the intersection of Broadway and 42nd street you will find Times Square. Some say that it is the centre of the Universe. Whatever it is, Times Square is always alive with activity as locals and tourist alike flock. Here we are looking up 7th Avenue from 42nd street into Times Square. |

Harmony Grammercy Park is the City's only private park. Laid out in the early 1800's with surrounding houses being designed by some of the City's most famous architects. Within the Park is Greg Wyatt's fountain with giraffes, leaping around a smiling sun. |

Chrysler The stainless steel Art Deco spire of the Chrysler building is one of the most striking images of the City. It once held the title as the World's tallest building until beaten by the Empire State Building a few months after its completion. |
